jll6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jll6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jll6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device or data due to your use of the Platform.

If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to you promptly. If a breach is confirmed, jll6 may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your jll6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
jll6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jll6 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
